Is your child producing artworks like this in their art class? If not, you should consider Fine Young Artists – a unique fine arts programme designed for kids who are passionate about art.
Ideally suited for children aged 6-12 years, our after-school art classes run at primary schools around Auckland. Our tutor is at the school before 3pm so child can go straight to art class when school finishes. For classes held at community venues like a local church hall, we provide a supervised walk from the nearest primary school.
Every term, at each school we run a different 8 week programme teaching children to make art in the manner of specific role model artists – both New Zealand and internationally renowned artists. Our emphasis is on art-making techniques and processes and this is what sets us apart from other art classes. Your child will work on one piece of artwork over an eight week period guided through each step by our qualified tutor. Our classes are the perfect way to develop your child’s artistic potential. Your child will be inspired and the results will amaze you.
For most classes, fees are $245 including gst and ALL art materials for the 8 week programme. At some schools our class includes additional supervision; or a supervised walk; or the venue hire charged to us is higher compared to other schools – for these classes the fee is $275 with a $30 siblings discount given to siblings who enroll together. The siblings discount does not apply to classes where the term fee is already $245. Some schools do not charge us a venue hire and we are able to pass this on to our students with a lower fee for that school class. Fees can be paid by internet banking, Visa Card, Master Card. Payment by installments can also be arranged to suit individual needs.
